130 victims of Agent Orange victims in difficult circumstances represented over 7000 victims of Agent Orange / Dioxin in the whole province to celebrate and receive gifts. 18 children are the children and grandchildren of victims of overcoming difficulties who achieved high results in academic year 2018-2019 to attend and receive scholarships. 64 victims and children with disabilities are being cared for at the Agent Orange / Dioxin Victims Support Center and the Disabled Children of the Provincial Association.
In a speech to celebrate 58 years of Vietnam Orange disaster. Mr. Nguyen Anh Ca - Chairman of Quang Nam Association of Victims of Dioxin / Dioxin (clearly stated) “So far Quang Nam has about 35,000 people exposed to CHH. More than 7000 people are victims of CDHH, of which the first generation is more than 5000, the second and the third generation remain. Agent Orange / Dioxin victims desperately need the sharing of the community ”. On this occasion, benefactors, organizations, and society have provided support to victims of DP / Dioxin in the province with the total amount of about VND 400 million.
The victims' association of victims of Agent Orange / Dioxin in Quang Nam province gave 168 gifts to the victims, of which 18 were given VND 1,000,000 each and VND 90 were exported, each had VND 500,000.
The total amount spent for victims and propaganda on the occasion of the 58th anniversary of the Vietnam orange disaster is about VND 260 million.
